Delete Your Jebby Account
You can delete your account directly inside the Jebby app. All your personal data will be permanently removed.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Jebby app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, photo)
- All children's profiles associated with your account
- Custody schedules and calendar events
- Notifications and co-parent connections
- All other personal data
Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Backups are purged on the same schedule.
Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing legal@jebby.app from the address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
