Is Jebby free?

It's free to download, with a 15-day trial period. After that, the subscription costs from €1.99/month per co-parent, about the price of 2 coffees a month :) or you can stay with the limited features Free Plan.

Does the other co-parent also need to download the app?

Yes. Both parents need the app to share the calendar in real time. You can invite the other co-parent with a single link. The sign-up process is short and happens when they accept the invite.

What platforms is Jebby available on?

Jebby is available on iOS (iPhone) and Android. Both parents don't need to be on the same platform.

Is my family's data protected?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely on servers in Europe. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Jebby is fully GDPR compliant.

Question 5

Can I use Jebby as a formal custody arrangement?

Yes. Jebby's custody calendar can reflect your legal parenting plan. The monthly custody summary is useful for comparing what actually happened against what was agreed. You can download the report as a PDF and share it with your lawyer or mediator.

Question 6

What happens if we don't agree on the schedule?

Jebby doesn't replace communication. Schedule changes require both co-parents' agreement outside the app before they configure the routine. Jebby doesn't currently have any arbitration or mediation mechanism.

Question 7

Can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. All your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email legal@jebby.app to request deletion.

Question 8

Is there a web version?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Jebby is currently a mobile-only app. A web version may come later, depending on demand.
